Schedule Study time:
- Schedule a time to study
- Each credit requires 2 hours per week of study time
- One 4-credit class requires 8 hours per week of study time
- 12 credit hours (full-time), expect to study 24 hours a week

Practice Good Study Habits:
- Know your learning preference and use it
- Read your text books
- Highlight, underline and/or make notes
- Read the assignments before they are covered in class
- Take notes in class
- Read notes after class
- Re-write, type, or read notes out loud
- Study throughout the semester, not just before the tests
- Know at least one person in each of your classes
- If you miss a class find out what was covered
- Form or join a study group

- Library: study, research, check out books
- Learning Center: tutors, computer labs, study resources
- Registrars: Admissions and registration information
- Computer Labs: several on campus available to all students
